Hey, I’m Christian — an Osteopath and exercise coach who helps women 40+ and beyond feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again.


Unfortunately it's quite easy for strength, energy, and  confidence to slip away during this stage of life — not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your body is changing. That’s why I’ve created a simple, safe, and effective way to rebuild muscle, protect bone health, and restore your energy — without high-risk workouts or confusing fitness advice.

I combine in-person sessions with ongoing support delivered via  a private online space that allows you to access content and resources on your own time.  You will receive a clear, step-by-step plan that fits around real life and providing you with evidence-based guidance in the areas of strength training, sleep optimisation, stress management and nutritional support. No fads. Nothing extreme. Just proven, science-based coaching designed for your stage of life — so you can move freely, feel capable in your body, and stay strong and independent for years to come.
